Private Sessions – Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy ✨

I am a psychologist.

And yet, there was a period in my life when no psychological concept could soothe what I was carrying inside.

I had studied, read, and understood a great deal. I had even been through psychotherapy myself.

But understanding pain does not always mean moving through it.

Much of my life has been marked by grief. Not just once, but repeatedly. Deep, brutal, and sometimes senseless losses. Important people. Sources of stability. Entire fragments of my personal history.

And then I lost my fiancé.

He died at the age of 30 in an absurd car accident.

When the person you believed you were going to build your life with suddenly disappears, without warning, logic, or preparation, something breaks in the way you see the world.

You can continue living.

You can laugh.

You can work.

You may even give the impression that everything is fine.

But inside, part of you remains frozen at the moment of impact.

Then came other losses.

My father.

And later, my cat, who had shared 13 years of my life and who, to me, was never “just an animal.”

She was my daughter, my soul, and my purest connection to love.

At some point, something inside me broke.

I no longer knew whether life had any meaning.

I no longer knew whether I still believed in anything.

God, the soul, life after death, continuity, spirituality—all of it seemed distant to me, almost naïve.

I was studying psychology, but inside, I was completely lost.

And then psychedelics entered my life.

Not in a perfect setting.

Not during a sacred ceremony.

Not with some grand spiritual intention that I had spent six months preparing.

My first encounter was almost accidental.

And yet, the day after that experience, I understood something with brutal clarity:

These substances had extraordinary potential.

At the time, I was already studying psychology, and something inside me made the connection immediately.

I thought:

There is something here that psychology needs to examine seriously.

Not as a curiosity.

Not as madness.

Not as simply a “trip.”

But as a tool capable of opening inner spaces that words, analysis, and willpower sometimes cannot reach.

From that moment onwards, I began searching for serious, comprehensive, and structured training that could bring together psychology, medicine, psychotherapy, and psychedelics.

When I found a two-year master’s programme in psychedelic-assisted therapy, something opened even further.

There, I trained alongside psychiatrists, doctors, psychologists, psychotherapists, and shamans from traditions in Peru, Mexico, and Africa.

And it was precisely that combination that fascinated me.

The clinical dimension.

And the ancestral dimension.

The brain.

And consciousness.

Trauma.

And symbolism.

Medicine.

And mystery.

Safety, risks, contraindications, and integration—but also the spiritual and existential dimensions that many clinical models still avoid confronting directly.

Through this journey—through training, personal experiences, integration, and this dual clinical and shamanic perspective—something inside me finally began to heal.

Psychedelics helped me process grief that I had believed was impossible to move through.

They helped me recover a sense of meaning.

They helped me stop seeing death only as something brutal, senseless, and final.

They allowed me to feel that perhaps there is a form of continuity, depth, or intelligence within life that I had become unable to perceive.

And above all, they made me more spiritual than I had ever been before.

Not in a religious sense.

Not through a naïve, dogmatic form of spirituality disconnected from reality.

But through an embodied, lucid, and profoundly human spirituality.

That is why I am so passionate about this work.

Because I am not speaking only about a tool I have studied.

I am speaking about a process that transformed me from within.

I am speaking about something that helped bring me back to life after I had felt that all meaning had disappeared.

And when you go through something so powerful, intimate, and deeply restorative, you cannot pretend it does not exist.

You want to understand it.

Respect it.

Hold it responsibly.

And, when the conditions are right, offer it to others.

Today, after several years of work, training, and experience, I see psychedelics as a bridge.

A bridge between psychology and spirituality.

Between medicine and mystery.

Between the body and consciousness.

Between what we understand with the mind and what we encounter with our whole being.

And no, psychedelics do not ask you to change your religion.

They do not turn you into a different person.

They do not impose a belief system upon you.

But sometimes, they can expand the way you see life.

They can help you look at your history differently.

They can bring you face-to-face with pain you have spent years avoiding.

They can help you feel—not only understand.

They can allow you to reach a part of yourself that words alone could no longer touch.

Drawing on both my personal experience and professional training, I created this form of support.

🧠 Who Is This Process For?

This process may be suitable for people who feel that they have reached a point where they understand many things about themselves, but something important still refuses to change.

It may be for people who have already been through therapy, read books, attended courses, practised meditation, mindfulness, or other forms of personal and spiritual development, but feel they have reached a limit they cannot cross through analysis and intellectual understanding alone.

It may be for people who find themselves saying:

  • “I know where my problem comes from, but I keep repeating the same patterns.”
  • “I understand the trauma, but I can still feel it in my body.”
  • “I have spent years in therapy, but I feel stuck at a certain point.”
  • “I appear functional on the outside, but inside I feel lost.”
  • “I feel that I have lost my sense of meaning and no longer know which direction to take.”
  • “I have been carrying this pain for years, and I cannot seem to leave it behind.”

This process may be relevant for people who are experiencing, or have previously experienced:

  • grief and profound loss;
  • break-ups or separations that left deep emotional wounds;
  • a loss of meaning or direction in life;
  • persistent emotional blocks;
  • existential anxiety;
  • repetitive patterns of self-sabotage;
  • certain forms of dependency or compulsive behaviour;
  • difficulties in their relationship with themselves or with others.

It may also be suitable for psychologists, therapists, coaches, or other mental health professionals who wish to understand this type of work from the inside, in a responsible, profound, and integrated way.

Above all, this process is for people who feel that the time has come to look honestly at what they have been avoiding and who are prepared to enter a genuine process of inner exploration and transformation.

⚠️ Important

This process is not suitable for everyone.

For that reason, every application is considered carefully and individually.

There are situations in which this type of work is not recommended, and there are contraindications that must be assessed responsibly.

I do not promise miraculous healing.

I do not promise a perfect experience.

I do not promise that one experience will resolve years of suffering.

What I offer is a serious, intimate, and deeply human framework, built around careful preparation, safety, integration, and respect for each person’s complexity.

The objective is not to escape your life.

The objective is to return to it with greater clarity, greater presence, and a deeper understanding of your own story. 🧠

🌿 A Private Process Involving Altered States of Consciousness

What I offer is a private, structured, and selective process, combining online sessions with an in-person component in Switzerland.

It is not a recreational experience.

It is not an isolated session.

It is not a magical promise.

It is a deep process involving preparation, a guided experience, and integration.

💎 How Does the Process Work?

The process takes place in three stages.

1. Online Preparation

We begin with two or three online sessions to prepare for the experience.

During these sessions, we explore:

  • your personal history;
  • your intention;
  • your expectations;
  • possible fears;
  • contraindications;
  • the safety framework surrounding the process.

Preparation is not simply a formality.

It creates the emotional, psychological, and practical foundation for everything that follows.

2. The In-Person Experience in Switzerland

The next stage takes place in person over two or three days in Switzerland, within an intimate, discreet, and professional environment.

This is when the guided altered-state experience takes place.

You may come from Switzerland, Romania, Spain, France, or any other country.

What matters is that you are able to travel to Switzerland for this part of the process.

3. Online Integration

After the experience, we continue with two or three online integration sessions.

This stage is essential because the experience itself is not enough.

What creates lasting transformation is the way you understand, integrate, and bring into your everyday life whatever came to the surface.

Integration is where insights begin to become choices.

Where symbols begin to acquire meaning.

Where an extraordinary experience begins to enter ordinary life.

💰 Current Price

The full process is currently offered at a price of €2,000.

Payment may also be made in instalments.

The price includes:

  • the online preparation sessions;
  • support throughout the in-person component in Switzerland;
  • the online integration sessions following the experience.

🌙 Why Now?

Because I am still in Switzerland this summer and can offer this process in the format in which it was originally designed.

From September onwards, I may relocate to the Canary Islands to continue my medical studies, which means that my availability in Switzerland will become considerably more limited.

For that reason, the number of places available this summer is limited.

I will read your message personally.

And if I feel that this process is not appropriate for you, I will tell you honestly.
